About SynthHires
SynthHires is an autonomous AI agent platform — a web workspace where you deploy, direct and scale AI agents for chat, coding, research, content generation and automation, using your own API keys. It is built and operated by PlanoBinario, an independent software studio.
A note on the name: despite the word "hires", SynthHires is not a recruiting, staffing or HR company and is not affiliated with any such company. The name refers to "hiring" AI agents — software agents, not people.
What we build
A single workspace where your model providers, tools and agents come together: chat with any frontier model, run agent loops with real tools (web search, code, files), generate media in the Content Studio, and govern everything with approval gates, budgets and audit trails. The architecture is BYOK-first: your API keys are encrypted client-side with AES-256-GCM and never stored on our servers — there is no server-side key vault.
